Video Transcription: This is Angela Simmons, Premier Homes by Angela out and about today. It's gorgeous out here today. I love the sun, basking in the sun. Anyway, I am at Whispering Willows down here in Fulton County, Cascade area. New home construction, show you a little bit of what's going on out here. They’ve got seven lots still available that they can be build on. The home I am standing in front is the Everest. It's the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home and an unfinished basement, community price ranges are between $250k and $300k.
Now, look at the finishes in here. This one is about 3,000 square feet and again, the floor plan is Everest. The majority of the finishes that you see here come standard.
