Great seminar to understand the the financing options for renovating a home for the purchase, to flip or to sell. I am down here with Fairway Mortgage today talking about renovation loans, on how you can purchase a home or refinance and upgrade your home or you can purchase a home and upgrade that home. They have some great programs and I'm going to let Wayne Thompson explain to you a little bit more in detail. Okay.

Wayne, what are the types of loans that you have available?
We offer 2k or 3k home style renovation loans, investor loans, refinances, cash out refinances. A wide, wide variety of different products.
What is the amount of funds that they will need to start the loan process?
It depends on the situation. We can do them with as little as three and a half percent down. It really depends on each individual situation, but we do have a product that can fit any renovation need.
